    I’ve got a handle on the fiction.

    Hate that Glassjaw releases an awesome song or EP every few years to make us believe that the new album’s actually coming out soon. I got really excited when this song came out a while ago but my excitement kind of fizzled out when nothing really happened right after.

    I know for a fact that Palumbo’s promising an EP and an album but is there even a release date for it already? Waiting for this album is like waiting on Chinese Democracy. I hope it doesn’t take more than a decade for this thing to finally be released.

    I make crappy, unlistenable black metal when I have nothing better to do. I don’t say it to be humble either. This is totally crappy and unlistenable. This is Lawa by my stupid black metal band Baathis. I do vocals and Jordan from Valley of Chrome does all of the programming. We didn’t use any real guitars or drums on this one because Jordan and I were too busy running around the woods in corpse paint to actually bother recording real instruments. It’s more kvlt to run around the woods in corpse paint than it is to actually play instruments anyway. The vocals were obviously recorded live but they’re still tr00er than anything else out there because I was running around the woods in corpse paint while recording them. Not really. I’m lying.

    If for some reason your ears could stand listening to this drivel and this crap actually appeals to you, you can download the rest of the EP here. I can’t see why you’d want to do it though. It’s total garbage though and I totally don’t recommend it.

    Where The Wave Broke by Burst

    This has been a good year for metal but too many of my favorite bands are disbanding. Burst is another amazing band from the Relapse Records roster that sadly doesn’t get enough credit. They’re about to play one of their last shows in Gothenburg soon.

    This is one of my favorite Burst songs from my favorite album of theirs.
